Yappy Hour Is Coming

Join us for Yappy Hour, an annual gala wrapping up Utah’s Week for the Animals on the evening of Friday, October 19th. Pierpont Place (163 west Pierpont Avenue 240 S.) in downtown Salt Lake will play host to the most glamorous animal party this season. And, as always, all proceeds from this spectacular event directly benefit the animals. Tickets are just a $35 donation and provide you with delicious hors d’oeuvres and beverages from Tommy Bahama Rum. Tommy Bahama will spotlight their new ultra premier rums and mixed drinks specially created for this event.

Yappy Hour ticket holders will also gain entrance to a party with a lively auction with items sure to tempt everyone, from glittering jewelry to getaway trips. New to the event this year is the Doggie Diva Fashion Show where you can see the hottest fashions for your canine friend on the runway. But don’t come to the event alone – well-behaved dogs are invited to escort their human friends. In fact, they have a special area of the event devoted just for them. Stop by the Yappy Hour V.I.C. (“Very Important Canine”) Lounge and let your pooch be pampered. Dogs will melt for a massage, tell all with the pet psychic, learn a bit about themselves at the Ask-A-Vet table, and mug for the camera at the pet photo booth.
